Honestly what a breath of fresh air! Polar opposite from the stereotypical extended stay across the board! Management has got it figured out, and I wish they were all this way! From friendly staff to clean environment nothing but positive things to say!
Christopher and Scott are awesome took a job in Arkansas needed a place to stay . Scott set me right nice clean room with a apartment size icebox two burners man cold AC . laundry room awesome . going to stay for a bit . Christopher keeps this place spotless very friendly and understanding .rock on from truck driver to a CDL driver instructor.love y'all
Nick..the maintenance man is the best. He stays on top of things when things go down. Very pleasant to deal with and fixes things like they are supposed to be done. The GM Scott manages the hotel like he owns it. He makes sure everyone is taken care of and the hotel runs smooth. I have really enjoyed my stay here and plan on being here a long time.
We were treated very well by the staff and other guests. If we needed anything it was taken care of in a timely manner. The manager Scott and the staff were very professional and friendly. The laundry area was clean, and everything was in working order. The common areas were always clean. I would definitely stay there again.
I had a great experience at the Extended Stay America Select Suites – Fayetteville–Springdale thanks to the amazing staff. Scott, the general manager, Nicole the assistant manager, and Christopher at the front desk were all very nice, understanding, and super chill. They made the stay feel comfortable and welcoming and were always helpful when I needed anything!
Awesome for the price. Appliances are outdated but everything is clean and best of all NO ROACHES!! Unlike the one in Fayetteville you don't have to worry about the creepy crawlies. Overall a top choice in hotels if you plan on staying in town for a while
I wanna say that Nicole, who works at the front desk is amazing. Very helpful. Very knowledgeable on her job. Always available when you need something very friendly. These are some of the reasons why I stay AtExtended stay America, Springdale, I’ve got a great experience since I’ve been here. I’m looking forward to returning because of the way. Nicole and the rest of the staff are just awesome. I also want To Say you couldn’t get a better Manager then Scott that man is amazing. Thanks again.
Extended Stay(5000 Luvene Avenue, Springdale, AR) has been a great place to stay during our relocation. Scott, the Manager, and his staff have been great to help us & show us how things work at the hotel. Also, they love pets as we do and that part has been a great experience. The hotel has had all the basics that we have needed such as a small kitchen space, full-size refrigerator , Dish network , Wi-Fi, And a mini laundry mat downstairs where the guests can do their own laundry that has been extremely helpful. The location for the hotel has also been key for us as most of our work is in the direct vicinity So it’s easy access. If and when we ever need to do an extended stay again in and around 5000 Leaving Ave. we will definitely stay here!
